Accessibility Statement
R. Anthony Bauman, APLC is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to find information about our probate, trust, and mediation services with ease.
Our standard
We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.
Current status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the content meets the standard and we are actively working on the parts that do not yet fully meet it.
Recent improvements include:
- Higher color contrast on text throughout the site so it is easier to read.
- A clear, visible keyboard focus indicator, so people who navigate without a mouse can always see where they are on the page.
- Removal of a third-party image viewer that did not work well with assistive technology.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images, a clear page structure, and labeled navigation.
Areas we are still reviewing
We are completing a manual review using a keyboard and screen readers, and confirming how the site behaves on small screens and at high zoom levels. If any part of the site does not work well for you, we want to know.

Our ongoing commitment
